Didn't think IF was working until..

I weighed myself this morning for the first time in a few months. I have lost 25lbs since I began fasting mon-friday along with eating fewer calories.

I last weighed myself back in October right before I started fasting.
I can’t tell a difference when I look in the mirror but my belt doesn’t lie.

I went from 255 to 230. Another few months of this and I hopefully will start to see results.

I like IF, I have more energy during the day and I’m saving hella money not going out for lunch or buying gas station breakfast sandwiches on my way to work.

I didn’t want to weigh either. I still don’t know my starting number. My first omg I lost weight moment was when I noticed I didn’t feel the need to stretch the hem or arms of my tshirts anymore. I don’t know how many pounds that is but my mirrors all say I’m still fat lol.

25 lbs are great results! Definitely gotta give yourself credit. Sometimes, seeing the change on yourself can be difficult when it happens over months. I’d highly encourage you to take progress pictures. It’s much easier to see the change when it’s side by side. Great job!

Try comparing some photos side by side. If you’re on android you can long press multiple images in your galley to make a quick collage.

I don’t really notice changes in the mirror either, but I’m only 14ish pounds down. But photos side by side make it far more obvious.
