My melatonin goes to 30 calories. Or two tums tablets. Do they kill the fast?
Is it 30 calories because it’s 2 gummy bears? If so look into eliminating the gummy bears.
They make tablets that aren’t sweet and will be less likely to cause even a minor response from your body.
With the Tums, hopefully not late snacking will work to help you stop needing this. But if you need it, take it and don’t worry.
