Are commercially produced veggie shots any good? Looking at the no “added” sugar variety (they have sugar from some of the ingredients). Do they provide some nutrition? What are the downsides?

Is there a nutrition facts label?
Most likely these are juice without fiber. You’ll still get micronutrients and if you can’t get in any whole raw vegetables, this might be a good thing to add to your diet. It would be better to eat whole vegetables.
