Asking cause I took some powdered stuff for magnesium and potassium and it say on the nutritonal table 4.8 carbs of which 7.2 mg is sugar. I only saw later cause on the box it says zero sugar :/
Depends what you mean by ‘break’. It won’t stop ketosis as its under 20g, it won’t put a huge dent in weight loss, it may cause more hunger cravings as it contained sugar, and nobody really knows when it comes to autophagy. I wouldn’t worry about it too much tbh. FYI lo/no salt is good for potassium and Natural Calm (start with way less than the recommended dose) is ok for magnesium. If you can find a chelated magnesium that would be better!
