Does adding urine to a dry fast provide any benefits? And will it make me lose even more weight?

Drinking your urine will not increase weight loss, and honestly in my opinion any benefits it could have are not worth being that guy/gal who drinks their pee. The only situation I would actually drink my urine is if I got Covid because of the antibodies in it. And that’s a last resort.

Dry fasting should be used primarily for health. If you are concerned about the speed at which you are losing weight just fast longer with snake juice. If completely not eating for days and weeks at a time is not fast enough that’s when you have to confront the situation that brought you to be that overweight in the first place and accept the consequences.

If you want to drink your own pee that’s up to you but I would really suggest not to because i would consider that to be an anti social behavior.

the re are benefits to urine therapy.

to lose weight fasyer dry fasting can help.

things don’t have to be rigid when fasting

think of it this way. our body may hold 5 or 10 lbs of water weight. so get in your dry fast, then when you drink snake juice /water just drink 1 lb in the morning and maybe a lb in the evening. the main point is to not refill up on the water storage in your body.

this way you can dry fast and still feel ok.

when not working on the weekends then do the pure dry fasting
