Answer

I love to make ginger lemon tea during the winter or when you are feeling like a calming drink. I use a grater for the ginger, put it into boiling water for ten minutes and add cut lemons, then remove from heat and serve. This helps boost your immune system, eases stress, and promotes a healthy heart!

Answer

Like someone else mentioned, adding black pepper to any drink/dish with turmeric helps activate the compounds.

I personally prefer boiling my teas for a bit (I feel it gives a stronger flavor) and then letting it steep. I make different teas for different reasons. My go recently is plain star anise tea or fresh ginger + lemon juice (add the lemon juice when i turn off the heat)
