I heard somewhere that your body thinks it’s starving and holds on to weight as much as possible if you don’t eat enough (it was a subject outside intermittent fasting) so is that also relevant with intermittent fasting in terms of hydration?
Water will help you feel full, so in that way, it might help.
Add fresh lemon and grated ginger, it tastes wonderful and turns it into something a bit special, without breaking fast.
Or you also make ice cubes of pure lemon/ginger and use them as and when, in cold or hot drinks.
