Obviously, it’s not being ingested, but it is being absorbed.
Anyone know?
From what I can tell looking up an ingredient list, unless I’m reading it wrong, there are neither fats nor proteins nor carbohydrates in there. So there’s nothing that your body could metabolise for any meaningful amount of energy (calories), even if you drank it (don’t, though).
Thanks everyone! I’m new to IF and I have OCD which is a tough combination. Basically, it means that I drive myself crazy with every possible way I can fail at IF unintentionally.
Everyone’s feedback on this and a few other questions I’ve had is appreciated.
