They have fruity flavors but I can’t find any facts online on wether or not this messes with my fasting hours.

Hey friend, I’d recommend cutting any nicotine intake out before focusing on other aspects of your health. Can’t tell you how much better I’ve felt/more fulfilling fasting has been since I quit 2 years back. It ain’t easy, but absolutely worth it!
