I am starting my 16:8 fasting today, and I wanted to know if I could vape while fasting ? Is it going to have a negative impact on my loss weight goals.
My vaping liquid doesn’t contain sugar, but it does taste sweet.
Those are the ingredients listed :
Vegetable Glycerin (VG)
• Propylene Glycol (PG)
• Natural & Artificial Flavors
• Synthetic Nicotine

i have done IF a few years back and vaped the whole time. nothing changed, still lost all the weight. i’m currently still vaping while doing IF. the only bad thing is that it’s literally chemicals but i’m sure you know that! smoking is bad in itself. i don’t believe it breaks a fast though
