I’m doing a 6 day fast (maybe 7 if i can make it), and I vape to help with boredom hunger. I just wanted to make sure that it doesn’t like hurt the fast or anything?
I wouldn’t think so but I’m not a doctor or scientist. Most I did was a 48 hour. I think I may have had thc and nicotine. I have done a lot of 24 hours with only water though. It feels more pure but I couldn’t tell if there is a difference.
