Dry fasting 5 - 10 days

I’m attempting a minimum 5 days dry fast, but will go for 7 or 10 days if i feel strong enough mentally and physically. I am doing this while going to sauna daily because I’m doing a so called death fast like cole talks about…Being in a water deficit to force my body to make metabolic water from fat storage. And this ain’t a joke either because i just finished day 4 and are 2h into day 5 and still has pee’d daily even though i haven’t drank any.

I’m doung this for weightloss + Autophagy to repair skin, acne, scars but also to minimise loose skin since i started my weightloss journey at 136.7kg/301.37ibs standing 5’6 (male).

Has anyone here done a 5-10 days dry fast? How did u feel? At what day did you feel more energized. How about sauna/ice bath while dry fasting…results etc?

Answer

I’ve baths good for dryfasting. And even the winter cold. Saunas bad for long dryfasting. They will speed up the rate of detox beyond the body’s capacity and overload the system and you will probably break the fast. Signs of that are nausea or sickness to the stomach or you want to faint.
