Dry/ wet hybrid fast tips

Good Evening r/DryFasting

I plan to do a 21 day fast soon and wanted to look into making it a dry/ wet hybrid fast. I have dry fasted in the past. Did a couple 2 days and 1 5 day. Was thinking maybe on the 21 day I could throw in 2 or 3 3-6 day dry fasts to speed up the fat loss and autophagy. At the beginning and end of each dry fast would take 1 tsp of baking soda to alkalize the kidney. I’m a fat fuck so I could fast awhile.

Any tips or info you guys have for this? Also what y’all think of my plan to do 2 or 3 3-6 day dry fasts with baking soda at beginning and end of each separate dry fast?

Answer

I would try and get the dry fasts in up front and then go water. Maybe start off with a 5 day to get you deep into ketosis and through the first acidosic crisis and then maybe throw in a 3 day dry each following week. From what I have read from Dr. Finolov going extended dry and then water can be much harder on the body. Best of luck 🤞
