I hear people on here saying they’re doing ‘rolling 48s’ or something similar. I gather this means a series of 48 hour fasts, but what happens in between? Is it like 48 hours of fasting, 1 day of eating, then 48 hours of fasting, etc.? How does this compare to just trying a single lengthy (5, 7, 10 day) fast?
I’ve gotten into a habit of 60 hour fasts from Sunday night to Wednesday morning. Then eating Wednesday. I have then been eating Wednesday normally, but I’m thinking about doing Wednesday breakfast and dinner, and then rolling into a 48 hour fast Wednesday night through Friday night, then eating Friday through Sunday. Just thinking aloud here.
