I have been doing OMAD 23 to 1 and I am interested in doing a longer fast . What does the rolling mean?
Like other people said, it’s just OMAD every other day instead of every day. So typically you end up fasting for a little under 48 hours because you fit in a couple hours for eating.
I’ve been doing them for the past few weeks, it’s super easy to transition from OMAD to rolling 48s and then to rolling 72s and whatever. I really like it. I’m just doing my first 48 to a 72 today and so far I feel great.
