Failing at OMAD

I don’t know what to do. I work at a pizza shop. I know my trouble hours are 2-4 pm. And I can’t seem to make it past 3:30 without gorging on pizza. I don’t even like pizza! And what’s worse is I know I’ll feel terrible afterwards; bloated, lethargic, etc. Have any tips??

Find a new job. Sometimes the best thing for your life is making the hard decisions. Doesn’t mean quit today, but start putting out applications for non-food jobs.

Otherwise maybe try packing a large, healthy lunch and when you feel like eating pizza gorge yourself on your own lunch instead.
