Fasted for 50 hours and only lost 2 pounds. Why so little?

I fasted for 50 hours and only lost 2 pounds. What’s up with that? Just recently got back in to fasting and went 50 hours before breaking my fast and during I only drank water and drank snake juice once after a workout(biked 9 miles and walked 2.5 miles) I weighed myself a couple times throughout and again before I broke my fast and I went from 226 to 224. I see other people on here who have fasted for less time and lost more, hell I’m sure some people have taken a good shit and lost more lol. Anyone have any clue why it’s so low or have any tips for me?

3200 cal in one lbs of fat. Depending on your TDEE it takes around 2 to 3 days of zero eating to actually lose one lb of fat. In 2 days you most likely only lost water weight and a lb or half a lb. Gaining weight is ridulously easy, it happens with uou not even trying. You will FEEL IT when you lose weight however, be it by fasting or calorie restriction
