Just finished my third rolling 100hr fast and thought I would share my results including hitting the big milestone of reaching 100lb lost.
I have been doing keto and fasting(short and extended no longer than 5-7 days) since the start of the pandemic and got to 92lb down before starting my rolling fasts this January.
SW: 320lbs CW: 213.9lbs GW: 170lbs
Exercise routine: Initially I lifted weights but hurt my back so for now the only exercise is walking a minimum of 10k steps a day, 7 days a week.
In total i’m down 106 pounds from a combination of different fast and keto. I’m going to do at least another 3 rolling 100 fasts and if people are interested i’ll post the results.

How long is your feeding window between fasts? I’m trying to get myself to 120hrs Sunday night - Friday night refeeding Saturday through Sunday, but had to end 24 hours early my first time because I felt weak. I never felt hungry, just unmotivated and bored, but Thursday night I could barely get up and walk to the kitchen for more water. (Yes I take the recommended amount of Mg, K, and Na, and am not unfamiliar with fasting or extended fasting, just stretching myself)
I’m also strict keto, and also eat VERY clean, whole foods only, organic, grass-fed, pastured, I’m eating only what I had a direct hand in producing and supplementing with store-bought dairy and cheese because my goats are dry.
This is fantastic. Very impressive. I would be very interested in your results as well as what you ate on your refeeds and how (just one meal between fasts, or several over a few hours etc., and did you eat normally? Meaning a heavy meal.). I want to do this but am a little concerned about eating a heavy meal after a 5-7 day fast (full serving of meat)
