So I have decided to fast every other day… which means on my fasting day I guess I just drink water or coffee? Will this actually be beneficial for me for weight loss? On the days I will not be fasting I’ll probably stick with my 2200 calorie intake and trying to eat healthy . I’m not trying to do any kind of crazy diet I’m just trying to get my body in better health with good eating and possibly fasting. My question is am I doing this right should I change something should I do some thing I’m kind of confused by it all. Thanks for the advice and tips in advance!
I lost 80-90 pounds (in 2014) doing alternate day fasting plus exercise for 4-5 months. I didn’t eat as many calories on my “eating” days either as I’m a woman and don’t require as much as men. If you’re trying to lose weight it worked for me. Been doing alternate day fasting again for a week and a day now and have lost 11 pounds
