Finding the healthy perfect weight

Hey everyone,

Lost like 20 pounds over 2 years little by little and thinking what is the perfect weight to achieve. Personally I am thinking around 80 with 180 cm.

The analyse of fat still says 29% so I would have remaining 10% body fat when loosing 20 from 100 kg down. I am quiet strong and build some muscle mass but every balance spits out another “perfect weight”…

Last year i was 78kg and i am 190cm. I’d say i was okish, it was a bit low in my opinion. Trying to gain more muscles. I’ve even been 67kg on my lowest and i looked bad. The scale, isn’t the best indicator. I’d say the mirror is much better.

Well, I am doing all this more for a healthy liver as my family suffers from a genetic malfunction which affect the liver. Have bad values even with clean nutrition, so best I can do is to reduce body fat and visceral fat as much as possible and during no alcohol/ consume as less as possible trans fats. So just checking where to go with my fasting. Doing 36h sprints every week or every second week btw.
