First day of OMAD

Struggling already even thought I normally wouldn’t have eaten yet.

Already been keto for 5 months but I have been weight training and eating 3000cals over the day. 4 days ago I started 18:6 eating between 12pm and 6pm. Today I am trying to get to 1pm to have my only meal. Not sure if I will fit 2000 cals in one hour, but I will give it a good go.

Very hungry already and I still have 4 hours to go.

I’ve had ACV this morning. Is that going to help with hunger? Or does it actually make us more hungry?

I’ll be breaking my fast with super greens 10 mins before I eat.

3k cals sounds like a lot. Do you actually count them precisely, or do you workout a lot? Depends on what your goal is, 2k sounds like a reasonable amount and if you have a lot of fat on you, no need to go beyond being satiated. I’d just try to keep protein in check.
