I had my last meal around 4:30p yesterday. I had some cravings but not intense hunger. It’s almost 10am now. I feel really great!
Day 5 for me & the first two days I was doing 16:8 and had no problems eating two meals, but the 3rd day my body just naturally went into OMAD and it was kind of like a whoa moment for me. On that 3rd day I was just waiting to eat again but then my window closed and I just wasn’t hungry again until the next day. I’m still incorporating my 8 hour window & just eating when I get hungry. Last time I ate yesterday was at 1130 am, today was the same thing! I do have electrolytes and my coffee in the mornings for work though.
