Advice for my first fast?

Hey, i’m just wondering if someone can give me some general advice for my first fast! Such as a hat kind of things should I be using to supplement electrolytes, and will I be able to avoid the sluggish headachy effects this way? My aim is not to lose wait, but to generally be healthier, and reduce anxiety. I want to essentially detox, and live a better lifestyle. Tomorrow i’m going to do a 24 hour fast, and gradually build up to regular 5 day fasts. How often should I be doing this?

I suggest starting your fast with your last meal being at 5-7pm. You’ll food decent before you go to bed, you’ll sleep for 7-9 hours, and then the next day will really be your ‘fast’. The following night you’ll sleep again and boom, 36 hours is completed.

You might start really feeling it at 48hrs but remember to drink water.
