Getting back on track

Started back on the good old IF a few days ago, feeling great and adjusting better than expected, had a question for those who are more experienced ; Can the length of my eating window change or should it stay the same always? for example I only had a 1.5 hour window on Tuesday but then a 3 hour window today. Just curious if it makes much of a difference from peoples experience. Thanks in advance

First off yay! Secondly, I change my windows all the time. Both time of day and eating windows while my fasting hours always stay the same, well I should say at least 16 sometimes longer. I don’t know if I’ve confused or helped you. Let me know.
