Getting back on track

I started fasting one year ago from 16:8 to doing 72 hours fasts and I had lost 56lbs. In November I stopped dieting/fasting after a bunch of things that have happened it’s been hard to want to get back on track. I might have gained some weight back and I’m doing better now. I just wanted to say it’s okay to take time to heal and recover from life events. & It’s okay to not put dieting on your list of priorities.

I’m getting back on it one step at a time!

Answer

I’m in the exact same boat. I was doing so good, lost 50lbs, then fell off in November. It’s been so hard to get back into things. I try to push it as long as I can throughout the day, and if I just absolutely cannot stand it anymore, I will eat something healthy. It’s better than nothing, I suppose. But some days I do fast all day until my OMAD, and those days feel absolutely wonderful and keeps me motivated. Remember to stay hydrated! Just sharing what helps me. 😊
