So I reached my first weight loss goal yesterday. I’m 1/3 of the way to my final goal, which would put my weight back to what it was about 5 years ago where I felt healthiest.
I re-fed yesterday. I pretty much ate what I felt like eating because I’d been doing rolling fasts anyway so hadn’t really fasted longer than 110 hours at a time. I had been keeping carbs low up until yesterday and then I made the mistake of eating fairly high carb. So yeah. I’m paying for that today. Stomach is in bits. But at least I know for the next time.
16 hours into day 1 of my next set of rolling fasts. Will be continuing til I hit my new goal weight (8kg to lose). Then refeeding and onto the last stretch.
I have a long term plan for maintenance. But more on that when I get there.

Focus real hard on mentally tying the stomach pain to the dietary choices. This helps move some of the decision making from the conscious to the subconscious, so next time you’re faced with the choice to eat too many carbs, when your willpower is fighting your desires, the desires will be lessened.
