Keep snake diet in your toolkit. Use intermittent fasting. Throw a 48 hour fast in once a week or so. Count calories eat at or below maintenance depending on your goals and keep training regularly.
If you slip back into old habits you will end up back where you started.
In my opinion after losing 400 pounds… this is a lifestyle.
It’s not a diet. I took coles exact advice and live a fasting fitness focused lifestyle.
I eat healthy because the junk makes me sick now.
If I do eat junk I fast right afterwords. 24 to 48.
The rest of the time I do one meal a day.
If you listen, your body will tell you what it needs.
That’s how you keep the weight off.
start lifting weights so if you feel like eating like you used to atleast you are using that food to build muscle, which will speed up your metabolism. snake diet is so useful for me because I tend to naturally sit at 20% or slightly more bodyfat, so I cut down to around 15% and train hard and then somewhat naturally return to 20% because my natural appetite makes it super easy to bulk. If you don’t want to weight train then just get into doing cardio.
