You could lose upwards of 20+ pounds doing that. You don’t want to have too big of a reefeed. You will drop weight very fast. I see a lot of people who are a part of this reddit group do not watch coles videos. Stick to his videos for information and motivation. Good luck!
Probably at your fasted state but you might gain a couple of pounds back when you refeed.
For faster weight loss I suggest pairing rolling 48s with 1-1.5 hr of light cardio per day (e.g. walking), and 3 weights session a week.
If you’re less confident in hitting the workout schedule, I would suggest doing some 72 hr fasts whenever you can. I lost about 15 lbs in 15 days on rolling 72s but expect to gain 2-3 lbs back when I refeed.
