If you break your fast write down what you are craving. And figure out if it’s something you can supplement instead. The hunger waves should fluctuate, up and down. but no be a constant alarm. If it’s a constant alarm, then something is wrong.

You should notice hunger subside within 1 hour, if not, it’s an alarm.

Don’t ask for more than you can handle. If you’re struggling to finish a 24h how will you finish a 7 days one? Set a realistic target to yourself. I’m sure you’re overnight and you always did crazy diets with crazy unrealistic goals. Fasting is a lifestyle for who doesn’t have willpower for fraction food while eating. Fasting will be just another crazy diet for you if you don’t learn that the problem is you and your willpower.
