You really should see a doctor before even starting. This is potentially very dangerous and Redditers will not have all the answers for you. You will need extremely close/frequent medical check ups for this. It’s no joke, you could literally die.
You’re not going to do this. You’re in a manic mood and typed this out but will not complete it as the risks extremely outweigh the benefits and it’s nearly the complete opposite of practical.
With that being said, best of luck 🤨
You said in a comment that you hope to “find a doctor who agrees” to oversee this for you.
This makes it sound like you’re dead set on jumping off this ledge and won’t be talked down. Take heed, though, that for the one doctor who will push you 100 others will try to reason you back to solid ground.
It’s your choice.
I don’t mean to be snarky or disrespectful, I’m just curious, but why would you want to do this? It seems there are healthier and easier ways to lose weight. Also, I realize you’re looking for advice here, it’s just that this sub is focused on intermittent fasting, not long term fasting so there might not be a lot of people here experienced to provide a ton of insight for long term fasts.
