Has anyone fast til like 7% bodyfat from like 10%?

Ive been fasting on and off for 3 years. I have a lot of experience doing omad and 2-7 day fasts.

Now theoretically you don’t lose muscle on a prolonged fast, but I’ve also heard that if you’re under 10% bodyfat, you will lose muscle if you do a prolonged fast.

I wonder if anyone just fasted til shredded. I wanted to do that cus calorie deficit is such pain when Im not that fat. on the other hands, fasting is so much easier for me. idk my bodyfat %, I’m guessing probably at around 10%

btw I know most ppl here are probably obese, I was once obese too, just keep fasting and exercising, you will eventually get to your goal!

He has a thing called the “snack diet”. Basically snacking all day in a defecit.For calorie counting, try weekly meal prep.

So 2200 calls 5 days a week is 11,000 cals. So then I’ll just cook food up to 11,000 cals and divide it ANY way I want over 5 days.Personally if not fasting I’ll meal prep for 7 days. Takes about 3, hours. Little longer now because I don’t have an oven. Whole body of hamburger helper? Surre. Couple chicken breasts. Some steaks. Pbj sandwiches. Don’t forget the snacks!

So yah. You may not have perfect daily macros but you’ll have perfect weekly cals. You could easily calculate macros in.

Snake diet. Intermittent fasting may be ideal for you since your bf is low. Basically PSMF. Protein sparing modified fast. Means you still eat protein daily but only protein. That way you retain your muscle to a greater degree during a still large calorie deficit. Pound of chicken is like what? 140g protein? 700ish cals? Slower deficit but greater muscle retention hypothetically.

I fasted till shredded yeah. I used diet soda and drank beef bouillon cubes with teaspoons of salt in my drinks.

My girlfriend at the time used to do the makeup for Victoria secret models about a decade ago and she said they put them on salt water diets 3 days before the show.
