Has anyone tried nitric oxide boosters?

If you want to spend your money on stuff that you don’t need and more than likely aren’t ready for because of lack of training knowledge, for example, then nitric oxide boosters are as sound an investment as virtually everything else that’s marketed by the supplement industry.

Tried beet juice as well as L-arginine/cit blends. Noticed some improved endurance (rowing) but no increased energy. Best thing is they have been studied (l-arg/cit) to decrease DOMS and I have recognized that.

I took a supplement with N.O. I started wheezing after cardio. This was when supplements were relatively affordable and I was dumb enough to buy into it. Nobody can tell you otherwise but ifYou want to try new things, go right ahead.

I agree with the majority of these comments, that state the supplement provides no significant advantage/support.

I started taking the supplement around twoish years ago, couples along with other, although I can positively say I definitely felt some (likey a placebo, because I would log in over 10-14 hrs of INTENSE cardio) difference in “energy”.

I bought some again last couple of months, they don’t do anything. Now I’m just taking them for the heck of it. Most likely will stop all together with them..

Now however I’m into CBD w/ some THC. Sleep is what you’re looking for my friend.
