Not necessarily a professional long dry faster but when I broke my longest fast I drank some diluted grape juice first and then water, and that not too fast.
Honestly, I have the impression that people are over-complexifying things when it comes to dry fast exits.
Drink sufficient quantity so that you are able to pee. You may have water retention though.
TLDR: just drink water, not too much, dry fasting is not water fasting, the obsession with electrolytes does not really belong here.
