The title says it all. Just curious if there are folks doing it for health benefits and not necessarily weight loss (I’m already skinny and don’t want to lose weight)
Yeah I’m doing it for the improved mental clarity, as a consequence I’m loosing a bit of excess weight.
I was getting into a bad habit of eating pretty much all the time from 7am through till 11pm - eating very excessively through ‘grazing’ but mainly with bad snacks.
It’s helped a lot with poor motivation.
I am doing it mainly for health but am using it to lose a few lbs. my brother is very athletic and in fantastic physical shape has done it purely for the health benefits. His wife is also participating and is also doing it for a purely health reasons.
