16.5 fast day 1, 17.5 the next. Not missing the night time grazing, surprisingly! And pushing breakfast back really isn’t hard for me. So wow. Unbelievable to feel not so…controlled by food and my blood sugar.
Do you find any increased hunger when you do eat after skipping breakfast? Longtime lurker, never IF’d myself. As a binge eater I’ve just been so nervous to try as it’s been beaten into my head by nutritionists that if I restrict, I’ll binge more later.
