Hi everyone! I guess this could be considered NSFW (eyeroll) so I’ll mark it.
So I knew this might happen, but I was hoping that since my chest size was large before weight gain, maybe they would be spared from weight loss. Sadly this has not been the case, and they are now a bit more “south” and droopy than I want.
I know autophagy supposedly helps with excess skin, but be honest– can it actually make that much of a difference with breasts? I mean they weigh so much.
And same goes with exercise. Can larger pectoral muscles somehow lift up boobs significantly? I’m doubtful.
Basically my question overall is… is a surgical breast lift the only real option we have to bring our boobs back to being up and perky?
At 62 and always having had big boobs I am just expecting the droop. I am still at DD even with 43 pounds lost. I have considered breast reduction and understand some insurance will pay for it if you have back pain and consistent bra strap digging into your shoulders problems. I may or may not check into it once I hit my weight loss goal. I certainly wouldn’t do anything if insurance wouldn’t pay for it, I couldn’t afford it. I guess I have always known perky boobs were a thing of my past. ☺️
