So, guys, I’ve read a lot of your posts about dry fasting, and I could see you are very much experienced on that, so, I have a question: how would you start dry fasting for long periods of time? There’s no order, if you want to start by doing a 5 day dry fast that’s completely fine. The only struggle is mental. Together with a few physical ones like tireness, dry mouth, weird taste while breathing and etc.
