Beyond sending it off for lab testing out of your own pocket, then you don’t know. How do you know any product anywhere is what it is? Is the petrol you’re putting in your car 100% legit? You simply have to put your faith in your countries governing body & their current regulations.

I think consumer reports has done some studies, but unfortunately nobody has thought it worth the time and expense to really validate them. It’s too bad the FDA couldn’t care less about this stuff because you know a lot of these companies are run by grifters and there’s zero oversight.
