I’ve put on a lot of fat this year just due to laziness and not paying attention to what I eat, and I’d really like to get down by Christmas. I’d like to surprise my family if I could. I weighed in yesterday at 203 lbs, and would like to be around 175 to 180. Do you think that’s possible following this strategy or is there a better one?
Same stats basically. I started at 208 a couple weeks ago with 25% bf confirmed by dexa scan. Just finished a 4 day fast, (first was 6)weighed in at 198 this morning (was at 196 yesterday before getting glycogen/water weight back).
208 .75 = 156156 1.15 = 179.4
So yeah if I do three more 4 day fasts before the new year I should have gone from 25% bf to 15% bf which is my goal.
I tracked my progress with about the same way points when I lost weight, from 24 to 15 with your weight would be around 10-14 days if you are dedicated and get the physical workout in that is necessary.
One trick Cole recommended earlier but not so much lately is standing up during watching television. +100 calories burned off every hour!
