There are many posts and comments on this sub regarding dry fasting causing euphoria/bliss. At what point do you feel this? 12 hours, 24, 48, etc?
After day 1 comes the clarityDay 2 calmness and clarityDay 3 joy and love start to well within Day 4 euphoria, or rather calm joy just to be alive watching the birds flyOr smiling to your motherEnjoying the blue sky and sun mixing with the ocean Day dreaming of crystal clear streams Anxieties of any sort vanish Visions manifest
