How much protein is in home-made bone broth?

So I made oxtail and rib soup. Besides the meat from the bone, does the soup absorb protein somehow? I’m asking because bone broth like this:

has 10g protein per cup. I was wondering if somehow maybe the bone marrow or some protein content from the bones get into the soup.

Answer

Not an expert here, but I think the protein in broth is mainly collagen which is water-soluble. So yes! BTW, you can buy powdered collagen that easily mixes into coffee or whatever. Take it for just a few days and you will notice a younger looking smoother face. YMMV.
