How much vitamin K1 is converted into K2? Is there an accurate estimate?

Just curious because I am taking a supplement that has 80mcg of K2 in the form of MK7. I also am eating a lot more greens and taking a greens supplement that has 107% of the daily vitamin K RDA.

I do not want to overdo it on anything. Thanks in advance.

Answer

I might be a little bit late to give an answer. The rate is commonly considered to be around 15%, fluctuating between 5% and 25%. So, if you consume a 1000 mcgs of K1, this would give you around 150 mcgs of K2.
