So currently I’m on day 4 and I’m trying to push to 15 days but we’ll see I guess to how long I last. My plan is to break with a water fast for 2 days and then smoothies and juices after for a week or two.
Ig the main question here is during the 2 days waterfast if I was to drink something like 4L of water both days to rehdrate and not make my body hold on the the water, would it work or is that suicide.

It will depend on how long you fast. If you make it to 15 days, do NOT drink a ton of water right away or you will overload your system. You would need to sip and gradually reintroduce fluids. I’m not sure how long you’ve dry fasted before, but it’s more likely you will break sooner as 15 is quite a lot. Shorter fasts you generally don’t have to worry about fluid intake, just drink until you feel satisfied. Make sure it’s good quality water
