So I’ve fasted for 2-4 days before but my stomach is extra weak this time as I’ve been sick. Any advice? I’m thinking gradually introducing some sort of fruit juice and coconut water.
Start very very slow.I think you can drink the same amount you’d drink, but take sips over the course of several hours.
You definitely need electrolytes if you’re losing them from the food poisoning. But, go slow. I’d even half the amount of electrolyte powder and water and drink very slow until you get to the normal amount.
All the “experts” say eat bland foods.
