I’ve done mostly 20:4/22:2 for about a year (slack off on the weekends), and find I’m still struggling alternating wayyyy too loose or not loose (lol). Just started taking a heaping tablespoon of fibre in the evening last week, and it seems to have helped a lot all ready. Also taking magnesium citrate daily - just a single capsule.
