I have the fastic app. It seems just focusing on fasting like you were going on an operative procedure seems to work, also hitting the fasting app start fasting. Also 2-3 tablespoons metamucil sugar free seems to help not being hungry. I’ve done optavia, low carb, started working out alot. Any advice? I’m SW 300 CW 265….GW 200, ive been stuck 265 for two months no matter what I do. What’s your advice.
Yeah optavia is hard to do. I like intermittent fasting a lot more and you’re not restricted on what you can eat. Pick a starting point. 16:8 is a good standard. I highly recommend counting calories in your eating window with another app like loseit!
