I need to take 4 table sp of cornstarch mixed with water every 4 hours to keep my blood sugar high and if but if I skip like 2 doses my suger goes low what should I do ?
Your immediate health is more important than your fasting schedule. So if you need to take something, take it.
I’m assuming you’ve seen a doctor about this, and if so, follow their advice. If not, seek medical help.
As I understand IF, a large part of the point is letting your blood sugar get low [blah, blah, Ginger, glycogen, liver, blah, blah] so you start burning fat. Properly treating Glycogen Storage Disease may be incompatible with IF or there may be a way to make it work. I would definitely talk to your specialist about whether and how it can work and definitely not play around on your own.
