I need to lose 10-15kg. What would be the fastest but more sustainable way to lose that weight and how long would it take?
Haha this comment thread is absolutely stupid. Why are you trying to rush this? This is not some Dr. Oz bullshit. OP, realize you have a whole life ahead of you. I recommend go keto or dry fast OMAD, then go do your fast.
If you do want to lose it fast though, I would do OMAD dry fast 20/4 or keto+ 30 hr dry fasts based on willpower. That much weight isn’t a joke even with dry fasting weight loss.
