In your case I would be aiming for an overall calorie surplus if you are significantly underweigt. You can combine that with IF, if you just eat enough in your feeding window. Just be open about it with your family, explaining how you feel when you eat in the morning. Gainig weight at the cost of your wellbeing can’t be the way.
