Hello, i hope you have some recommendations for healthy fast lunch. I have a supermarket in range and only a 30 minutes lunch break.
Some fruit, a protein yoghurt/squishy pouch/carton of low fat milk, & some mixed unsalted nuts. If want more carbs, go for an extra banana.This is assuming you mean cold foods that require no prep time.If there’s a deli service, then maybe a wholewheat wrap with chicken, cheese, lettuce, onions, bell peppers (whatever you want in it really) depending on weight goals add sauce or not.Is this generally the kind of lunch you had in mind?
